THR3E STROKES No Wipe Top Coat and Base Coat: Enjoy long-lasting wear for over 28 days with a perfect shine. The flexible top coat prevents nicks, chips, and smudges. Tip: The base coat is designed to remain sticky, providing a solid foundation for the next coat of polish. (Note: The base gel should not be used as glue.)
